Why Should you Consider Moving to St. Pauls, NC?

So, you're thinking of moving to our beautiful little town?
The three C's of Saint Pauls
Climate, Convenience and Cost of Living.

Climate
What makes our climate so special? That's pretty easy to answer. Sunshine! Moderate temperatures throughout most of the year. A moderate amount of rainfall. Very little snowfall. Four beautiful seasons. Winters are short and the temperatures seldom drop below freezing for any length of time. Spring is beautiful with Dogwoods blooming overhead and Azaleas brightening up the entire area. Those famous Magnolias are found about everywhere too! It's the South, and we love it here! And we're pretty sure YOU will too!

Convenience
You are planning on living here, but you will want to travel and see the sights no doubt. Our area offers the convenience of easy, fast access to the areas you may want to visit quite often. The beaches are just 90 minutes away by Interstate or major 4 lane divided highways. Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and all along the southeastern coast. Run down for a day and relax a bit, then head back home. Or spend a nice weekend enjoying all of the things to do along our coast. Check out the Hatteras National Seashore and Fort Fisher. The NC Aquarium is located close to Fort Fisher too! Not a big beach bum? How about some mountain scenery then? Fortunately for you, your new home is close to the tallest mountains east of the Mississippi. Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Boone and a lot of other great places to visit year 'round. If you like to ski, then you'll find as much as you want. Shop for hand made Christmas Ornaments in Highlands NC or go to the Highland Games and watch people from all over the country participate in the Highland Scottish Games. Want to pick out your own Christmas tree right from the spot it's growing? Yup, do that too. Fall is also a special time in our mountains with the apple crop coming in. People drive from 4 states away to buy fresh mountain apples, ciders and a lot more. The Cherokee Casinos are located on the Cherokee Indian Reservation.
Visit the largest home in the United States too. Ashville, NC is home to the Biltmore Estate. You'll see why North Carolina was chosen as the location to build it! The North Carolina Zoo is located just a few hours away in Ashboro too. If golf is your thing, we've got you covered! Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen are less than an hour away, Cypress Lakes Golf Course, home of Raymond Floyd, is 10 minutes north of us. And of course all of the great courses along the coast and surrounding Myrtle Beach. Oh, and lest we forget, for those of you who enjoy the out doors, there is some great hunting, saltwater and freshwater fishing too!
Are you into music? There are hundreds of concerts around the state each year. The North Carolina and Fayetteville Symphonies hold several concerts in Fayetteville each year. Raleigh, Charlotte and Greensboro all have great indoor and outdoor settings for large bands and groups. There is ALWAYS something great happening around the area!
