Community Centers
St. Pauls offers our citizens several public facilities in which to hold their events, gatherings and meetings. These are the R. E. Hooks Community Building located at the corner of North Third Street and West Armfield Street and the Boy Scout Hut located on North 4th Street.
Hooks Building
The Hooks building may be reserved for your group or organization
dependent upon availability at no charge. You can make your reservations at
the town Municipal building.
The Rent for the building is $300 per day for town residents that live in
the city limits and $350 for anyone else.
The requirements for reserving the building are located at the town offices.
Please be aware of the restrictions and limitations and read the rental
agreement thoroughly. If you are unsure of any of the requirements or
restrictions of use, please do not hesitate to ask about them at our town

The Boy Scout Hut
The Boy Scout Hut (Community Center) is available for groups to use for
smaller events and gatherings on Sunday only. Rent is $125 per day for town
residents that live in the city limits and anyone else is $175.
