Community Centers
St. Pauls offers our citizens several public facilities in which to hold their events, gatherings and meetings. These are the R. E. Hooks Community Building located at the corner of North Third Street and West Armfield Street and the Boy Scout Hut located on North 4th Street.
Hooks Building
The Hooks building may be reserved for your group or organization dependent upon availability at no charge. You can make your reservations at the town Municipal building.
The Rent for the building is $150 per day for town residents that live in the city limits and $250 for anyone else, and also a $200 key deposit which is refundable once the event has ended and the building and surrounding areas have been checked for damages and cleanliness.
The requirements for reserving the building are located at the town offices.
Please be aware of the restrictions and limitations and read the rental agreement thoroughly. If you are unsure as to any of the requirements or restrictions of use, please do not hesitate to ask about them at our town municipal offices or call us at (910) 865-5164.
The Boy Scout Hut
The Boy Scout Hut (Community Center) is available for groups to use for smaller events and gatherings on Sunday only. Rent is $100 per day for town residents that live in the city limits and anyone else is $150 and a $200 key deposit which is refundable once the event has ended and the building and surrounding areas have been checked for damages and cleanliness.
